What a quaint tin...just a little beauty! Happy day to have added this to your collections of all things rare and beautiful. (a little borrowing from James Herriot there).Hope you and your husband have a nice week-end!

It is actually a wooden box, not a tin - which makes it all the more unusual. Our weekend is more than half over at 2.30 pm on Sunday. Would you believe Ken is still in his pyjamas, sitting at his computer? I am dressed, but apart from feeding the animals, we have just been in here on our respective computers. Ken is looking for DVDs, and I have been checking eBay and reading blogs. Nice way to while away a cloudy Sunday arvo. But I should be stitching...or ironing :-(

Checking ebay and reading blogs...life doesn't get much better than that, lol. Love the wooden tea case.

ooh -- Gina, love the tea box. I have one tea tin that I enjoy -- it is a replica of a british phone booth. (no, not old -- very new) but it is cheerful on my breakfast table.

I've been interested in knowing how you display all your treasures? and your lines are spectacular. What a collection you have ...
